Some parts, labeled "PTF Required," need paper templates to confirm the fit before production begins. Template Confirmation: After ordering, you may receive paper templates to ensure proper fitment. Adjust and return the templates if needed. Most fit accurately on the first try. Art Proof Approval: Once templates are finalized, we’ll send you an art proof for approval before production. Production and Delivery: After approval, your custom flooring kit will be manufactured and shipped.
