This perfect condition package of Semaphore Signalling Cards, in original box, with original EATON'S price sticker of .45 cents, was meant to teach young Canadian Boy Scouts the "E asiest Method for Self Instruction" in the art of Semaphore Signalling. (a system conveying information at a distance by means of visual signals with hand-held flags) The cards were published by the National Council Boy Scouts of Canada, in Ottawa.
