Colonel E.H. Taylor Straight Rye Whiskey was introduced by Buffalo Trace Distillery in August 2012 as the fifth release in the E.H. Taylor collection. Produced by the Sazerac-owned distillery, the small-batch rye is made from a mash bill of rye and malted barley with no corn and bottled at 100 proof. The whiskey was released in limited quantities with vintage-style packaging, with Buffalo Trace planning annual batch releases. It joined earlier expressions in the series including Old Fashioned Sour Mash Bourbon, Single Barrel Bourbon, Warehouse C Tornado Surviving Bourbon, and Barrel Proof Bourbon. Show more
