Our 2012 'The Prophet' Pinot Noir holds a special place in our hearts and shines at any dinner party. With vibrant aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry, it offers a textured and well-balanced palate. Crafted entirely from our Yarra Junction Pinot Noir vineyard (Clones 114, 115, Mv6), the grapes were handpicked, de-stemmed, and fermented in open pot vessels with Burgundian yeast. Aged for nine months in French oak, this 13% alc/vol wine is a testament to careful winemaking.
