Sold out in 750mL bottling, this magnum is the only way to experience the stunning 2013 vintage. Appellation: 100% Napa Valley Varietal: 48% Merlot- 33% Cabernet Sauvignon- 19% Cabernet Franc Fermentation: 10 -14 day fermentation in open top and median sized fermenters all cap irrigated with peak temps of between 80 -85 F. All wine was aged in 60 gallon French barrels for 15 months. Wines were racked every 4 months and assemble 3 months before bottling. Alcohol: 13.9% Tasting Note: Dark Ruby color, deep layers of black cherries,cassis, blackberries, cocoa, currants and bit of truffle on the nose, the wine is beautiful and seductive. An elegant, round, and rich mid palate with attractive texture and excellent acidity, Padlock, our proprietary red blend, is sexy but well balanced with good depth and length. Production: 500 cases
