Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico carry a surcharge. Unfortunately Freight items do not qualify for free shipping. Depending on the item, it may have a handling time of 1-5 business days from the time the paypal payment is received & cleared. Returns Refunds will be granted for items returned within the specified time frame and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (to cover original shipping and fees).
