Bright, pale yellow colour, youthful for its age. Fine bead. Seven years on lees has added biscuity, yeasty complexity to the appley, citrusy fruit of this wine. The palate is a jo y – creamy, elegant and seamless, finishing long, fine and dry. A beautifully balanced apéritif style. Recently awarded a Gold Medal at the 2025 NSW Wine Awards and the NSW Small Winemakers Show. Show more
