Organically farmed vineyard a stones throw from the ocean in Santa Barbara (Hope Ranch) this gorgeous wine is our take on a California Grand Cru Chablis. The grapes were hand picke d, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral french oak and aged sur-lies for 2.5 years with extended bottle aging. Tasting Notes: Where do we start? Our Flagship, our Tete de Cuvee, and price and joy. Treated with the respect and attention to detail it deserves. Fresh to depth with a roughly six-year aging process prior to release.
