Grapes 100% Shiraz Storage 18 months in barrels Viticulture This sh iraz was created in Barossa Valley, Australia. Winemaking Fermented in open-top concrete tanks. It has been pumped over twice daily and basket pressed. Wild malolactic fermentation occurs in the barrel and is matured in new French oak barriques for 18 months prior to bottling.
