The Merlot fruit is hand-picked from the Strathewen Hills and Arthurs Creek vineyards. As a varietal (single grape) wine, this Merlot is a soft, velvety wine with plum flavours. Th is wine shows notes of caramel, chocolate, coffee bean and vanilla. Softer, fruitier Merlots go well with dishes like salmon, or any dish with mushrooms.
