Inky purple crimson in colour, the Chatterton’s Shiraz is savoury and spicy. The palate is full-bodied with plums, mulberries and touches of dark cherries. Fermented in open-top co ncrete vats. Pumped over twice daily. Basket pressed, wild malolactic fermentation in barrel and matured in new French oak barriques for 24 months prior to bottling without fining or filtration.
