This Shiraz is right where we want it – rich and full-bodied yet graceful and supple. A wine bursting with cherry fruit and spice flavours. '2018 was a season responsible for a wid e-ranging tranche of fresh, red-fruited red wines in South Australia. It was a burster. Here, in the 2018 Collection Barossa Shiraz, we see some of those fruits starting to move beyond their primary stage and morph into spicy, toasted, roasted fruits.
