Made primarily from Syrah, with a splash of estate Merlot & Counoise, this is our most full-bodied wine. The aroma introduces itself with an unmistakable oak character, followed by black cherry and a touch of leather & mesquite. The complex flavor opens with bright fruit, such as cranberry, boysenberry, and blackberry, and slowly mellows into flavors of mocha and a lingering caramel finish with fine tannin throughout.
