It's oaky in the best way and delicious from start to finish." It's a big, rich, full-bodied beauty that has good freshness as well as ripe tannin structure, all pointing to a long life." International Wine Report: 92 Points"The 2015 'Resolution Peaks' is an excellent wine which is composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) with lesser parts Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It opens with a ripe bouquet of anise, crème de cassis and Black Forest cake. This leads to dense flavors reminiscent of coffee grounds, cassis, milk chocolate and suggestions of allspice.
