This extraordinary cool climate Shiraz was derived from individually selected vines. Fruit was then carefully picked and sorted. Partial whole bunch fermentation added complexity p rior to eighteen months of maturation in 35% new and older French Oak barrels. Complex, rich aromas of dark chocolate, plum and spice compliment the dense palate of fresh blackberry, star anise and white pepper flavours.
