SERVE ME: Medium bodied red so room temperature. Ômina Romana is a family-run winery founded by the Börner family in 2007. When they had to decide where to start their business, they settled on the area around Velletri, among the lush volcanic hills of the Castelli Romani overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, about 40 km south-east of Rome.
