McLaren Vale, SA I found a carton (one doz only!) of this wine in the museum pallet, as well as quite a few half bottles of this wine. I've always enjoyed this wine, it's rich, rou nd and now with a little age, it's very complex yet slurpable. Good stuff. The timing when this wine was released was pretty funny (kinda)... we wanted to tell the story of the microbat sanctuary that surrounds the vineyard - but then as it turned out, it was ready for release just after COVID-19 got serious, and there were theories flying around that it all started with bat soup or something similar!
