This is the harness needed to add the factory 2019-2023 LED taillights to your 2019-2023 new body style GM Truck, that didn't come with the LED taillights. This harness is a simple plug and play harness which does include load resistors to prevent hyper flash. This harness is not for the 22-23 refresh 1500 models. Please make sure that the new taillights have the 3 foot harness with them, as our harness is made to plug into it and not directly into the taillight, as the taillight harness also has the reverse lamp socket on it.
