Our 2023 Mourvedre is a slightly bolder representation of the varietal, balancing delicate fruit aromatics with bright acidity. The fruit was 50% whole cluster fermented and aged i n large format barrels to capture the bright aromatics of pomegranate, plum, violets, herbal notes of garrigue grounded by a subtle earthiness. On the palate this lighter bodied Mourvedre effuses bright red fruits of raspberry, cherry and hibiscus balanced by a mineral character and fine tannin.
