2019 was a super aromatic year. It shows in this wine especially. Fresh mint, smoky shiso leaf, intense black fruit, rose and wisteria, spicy clove, and citrus peel. There’s an ear thy, chalky loveliness to this wine, but make no mistake… She will dominate you.I would definitely eat food with this wine.
