We’ve intentionally waited a very long time to release this wine, because it is so special we couldn’t part with it. We call it the "Blanc de Rosé." Waiting for this to be released has felt at times, a bit like waiting on Santa Clause to arrive. The color is intentionally light, an ode to the Provencal style. The incredibly giving and open aromatics remind me of the first day of Spring with wild strawberries, honeysuckle, and orange blossom. Although a very easy drinker, there’s a serious side to this bad girl. Show more
