How it tastes Dried lavender and wild thyme with red cherry, then crushed raspberry and orange zest — delicate, supple and approachable. The producer The fruit comes from the Waira rapa subregion of Martinborough, in the south-eastern corner of the North Island, rather than from the winery's Hawke's Bay home. Craggy Range was established in 1998 beneath Te Mata Peak. Food and drinking Good with poultry & pork, red meat and cheese. Ready now, and will hold for a few years yet. Serve at 16°C. Show more
