About Winery Domaine Bart, based in Marsannay, is a historic, family-run Burgundy estate spanning six generations. Since 2009, it has been managed by Pierre Bart alongside his mother and uncle. The 22-hectare domaine produces acclaimed red wines from Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin, and Marsannay, known for using modest new oak (approx. 25%) and cool, week-long pre-fermentation macerations.
