Clean, elegant, with aromas of white stone fruit, toast and citrus. On the palate you get a velvety texture, unveiling flavours of ripe fruit coupled with excellent acidity and minerality. PAIRS WITH: Great with white fish, mushrooms, smoked foods or risottos. I had this with grilled octopus and it was amazing. SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours. If you like a creamy oaked Chardonnay give this a go, its excellent. This also has great aging potential if your into that. The white wine by Bodega Remírez de Ganuza is fermented and aged in barrel.
