Appellation: PDO CÔTES DU RHÔNE Grape Variety: Grenache blanc 50%, Clairette 30%, Roussanne 20% Terroir: clay limestone selected vineyards Yield: 40 hl / ha Alcohol: 14% Winemaking: Grapes are harvested at optimum aromatic maturity. Cold soaked, juice is then fermented in 600l French oak demi-muids. Aging: 14 months on the lees in demi-muids. Notes: 2600 bottles produced. The identity of Rhône Valley whites in a bottle. Whites from the south Rhone represent only 5% of the volume produced by the appellation. Grenache blanc highlights the wine with aromatics of candied citrus fruits, floral delicacy and carries the acid balance of the vintage. Clairette adds delicacy with lower alcohol profile and delicate Mediterranean flowers aromatics. Roussanne adds ripe stone fruit notes, a vegetal and floral character, but above all, the necessary tactile freshness to the final balance of the blend.
