A beautiful, blushing pink wine with effervescent bubbles and enticing aromas of ruby grapefruit, white fig and just-ripe strawberry. The palate is fresh and lively, featuring stra wberries and cream with rhubarb and pomegranate, as the mousse moves across the palate it turns to creamy brioche notes. The acid is well balanced with the dosage to create a rounded and moreish wine. Made using the Méthode Traditionelle. A delicious blend of Pinot Noir 72% and Chardonnay 28%. Show more
