Made from grapes grown in the Hilltops and Hunter regions, this wine is a blend of 55 % Cabernet and 45% Shiraz. The wine is ruby-red in colour with aromatics of cranberry, plum, b eetroot, white pepper and vanillin oak notes. The palate is smooth and medium bodied, with flavours of cherry, plum, dark berry fruits and a mocha dry finish of balanced tannin and acid. Great with a steak or roast meat-based meals but will also complement rich pasta dishes and your favourite cheese. Show more
