100% Sagrantino harvested September 14th, 2022 from Wheeler Vineyard, a small parcel within the Siletto Family Vineyard. De-stemmed and macerated on skins for four weeks with nativ e primary and secondary fermentation. Underwent 16 months of elevage in neutral Bordeaux barrels, racked three times before bottling. Naturally clarified, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Combines traditional Sagrantino darkness with coastal freshness and new world character, featuring mineral undertones and California cab charm.
