The volumes are approximate because the nature of the field blends are that they are harvested, pressed and fermented together. When our winemakers Ann Sperling and Peter Gamble were surveying the Lailey vineyard during the 2022 harvest, they decided an intriguing “field blend” was the way to go for such a small yield of these varietals. "It’s a fruit bomb on the nose with layers of apples, apricots, peaches, nectarine, and subtle ginger notes.
