The Peacemaker is Priest Ranch's flagship red blend — a multi-varietal expression of the Somerston estate's diverse blocks, aged 24 months in 75% new French oak. Barrel toast, ceda r, nutmeg, cinnamon, and toasted vanilla on the nose, followed by spiced plum and red currant.
