TRY ME IF YOU LOVE: Skin contact whites ABV: 12.0% GRAPES: Pinot blanc, Bacchus and Chardonnay TASTING NOTES: A deep straw / bright amber colour, highly aromatic with orchard fruit and dried orange peel and a slightly savoury wild-herb note. On the palate crisp stone fruit, lemon curd, and orange peel. Its soft in texture yet balanced by a striking salinity and acidity. Finishing clean, bone-dry with chalky minerals and citrus pith.
