100% HuxelrebeHigh Pass Vineyard | Willamette Valley AVASustainable farming practices.Huxelrebe is a grape that is very rarely found outside of Germany and Austria. The alpine clim ate of High Pass Vineyard makes it a perfect climate for ripening Huxelrebe with long hangtime that brings out the honey and floral characteristics associated with grape. The grapes saw two months of maceration and fermentation before being pressed into one neutral French oak barrel for aging. The nose of the wine is full of spice and rhubarb notes.
