How it tastes White rose, almond biscotti and tropical fruit over a well-structured, creamy palate with ripe grapefruit. The producer Bob and Cherie Berton established the estate i n May 1996 — thirty hectares on rolling hills at 450 metres in the Eden Valley, one of Australia's premier cool-climate regions.
