Pale straw in colour, with green edges. Th bouquet sees a delightful interplay between gentle white florals, lemon & grapefruit citrus notes, & ripe white nectarine, which is enhan ced by cashew nuttiness with hints of vanilla, caramel & ginger. Medium bodied in weight & supremely elegant. The minerally, oyster shell core is encased by succulent stone fruit flavours, whilst the citrus notes are reprised on the deliciously long finish.
