The malbec grapes are from our Cullarin vineyard, located at Lake George. The vineyard is planted at 720m ASL. Tasting Notes This wine has subtle violet and red cherry aromas and f lavours followed by a smooth and savoury palate and a long finish. Winemaking Notes The grapes were hand-picked, de-stemmed and fermented whole berries in an open fermenter then lightly pressed at the end of fermentation directly into older French oak barriques.
