Our winemaking team’s favourite white variety, the wine is the epitome of clarity of vision with respect to varietal characteristics of traditional Hunter Valley Chardonnay, precis e and poised while still being accessible. The wine is light, straw green in colour with aromas of peach, mango, gardenia, hints of struck flint and toast, nutmeal, and vanillin notes from new barrel maturation.
