This collection contains four handmade 6 oz. round cheeses shipped on ice to your doorstep. For maximum shelf life store cheese in the freezer until you are ready to eat. Our new sustainable packaging has anti-microbial and freezer burn deterring properties. (NOTE: DO NOT STORE 'CREAMY BLUE' IN FREEZER AS THE NATURAL RIND DOES NOT FREEZE WELL.
