The vines are located at an altitude between 450 and 1000 meters, while the limestone soils give a very special character to their wines. Highlighting the unique microclimate of the area is the main goal, while the minimal, almost zero interventions during winemaking, enhance their uniqueness. Malagouzia comes from low acre yield cultivation, with classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks, leading to an aroma bomb, but with tremendous finesse, typical of the influence that the cool breeze of the Corinthian Gulf has on the vines!
