Oh my word, this orange is something to write home about. First off, it's made from Ribolla Gialla grapes, an ancient northern Italian/Slovenian varietal that you would be forgiven for never having heard of (it is rarely seen on this side of the Atlantic). Second-of-ly, Sabrina of Ruby Blanca macerated the grapes *with skins on* for three weeks, giving the wine a stunning apricot hue and just the right amount of tannic texture. But don't let its depth of color fool you - this Central Valley stunner is bright, vivacious, and sunny as can be.
