How it tastes Cherry and gooseberry with floral acacia and spice — silky, fresh and fruity with a delicious spiced character. The producer Limniona comes from the mountains of Kard itsa in Thessaly, a strongly continental inland climate. Oenops was founded in 2015 by Nikos Karatzas, working as a négociant to bottle indigenous Greek varieties that had nearly disappeared. Food and drinking Good with poultry & pork, red meat and cheese.
