How it tastes Grapefruit zest and citrus florals carried to a lively, mineral palate with pear, Granny Smith apple and citrus. Made reductively, with no oxygen contact, to hold the freshness. The producer Tahbilk was established in 1860 on the banks of the Goulburn River and holds the largest single planting of Marsanne anywhere in the world — including France.
