How it tastes Citrus and yellow fruit with mineral tones, beautifully balanced and full of flavour with a fresh finish. An elegant expression of a grape almost nobody grows. The pr oducer Ippolito is the oldest winery in Calabria, with over 170 years of history, farming a hundred hectares near the Ionian coast at Cirò Marina. Pecorello is a thick-skinned native variety, mid-to-late ripening and grown almost nowhere else. Food and drinking Good with seafood, salads and poultry & pork.
