Produced from our home estate - with some of the oldest Grenache vines in Margaret River – this wine offers aromatics bursting with sticky date pudding and ginger. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, layered with rich plums, jubes and licorice all-sorts. Limited Release. VINEYARDS The Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River is used for its consistency in producing rich fruit flavours, providing subtle and elegant aromatics and fine tannins. SEASON Challenging weather conditions during the ripening period were overcome with lots of hard work and attention in the vineyards to ensure pristine fruit. The slow extended ripening period has delivered beautifully balances wines. Harvest Date Analysis Bottling Date March 2024 Alcohol 14.5 %TA 5.4 g/lpH 3.58 January 2026 WINEMAKING Hand picked and fermented on skins for four weeks, it is then pressed off to oak puncheon barrels where is aged for ten months. The parcels are then blended back together prior to bottling.
