Sun dried assamica (large leaf varietal) from Yunnan that is usually destined for raw Puer production. Our 2024 Dualist is bright and lively. Fresh stone fruits and citrus in the a romas and an effervescent sweetness that perks up as the session evolves. A joy to drink on a brisk morning. We first made Dualist in 2022, and after a couple of years of age someone mentioned that it tasted like blueberry pancakes. We tried it and they were right. Pressed in 2024. Each cake is 200g.
