Medium-bodied on the palate, the wine is vibrant and well balanced, showing crunchy red fruit flavours of bramble and cherry stone layered with subtle hints of red apple skin. A gentle thread of white pepper spice adds complexity, leading into a long, savoury finish supported by fine, persistent tannins.
