A warm and dry year in the Hunter Valley has produced a wine ruby red in colour, with asavoury bouquet of cherry, tomato, bay leaf, chinotto, and oak aromas. The palate ismedium we ight with a savouriness pushing through the mid-palate of bay leaf, dark fruitand star anise and a dry acid and tannin finish.
