This single vineyard Charmat method wine is made from Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Seyval Blanc and Reichensteiner grapes. These grape varieties bring together the oldest and newest plan ting in the vineyard, ranging from vines planted in the mid 90's through to the Chardonnay planted in 2010. Combining French and Germanic grape varieties to deliver a unique blend which delivers a fruit forward style with notes of green apple and stone fruit with a dry and refreshing finish. Show more
