Both free-run and pressed juice were used after the fruit was crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under cool conditions, and the wine was bottled early to preserve the freshness of its primary fruit characteristics. It also underwent minimal filtration before bottling. This wine was awarded a silver medal at the 2024 Hunter Boutique Wine Show.
