WINEMAKING NOTES Grenache The 2025 vintage is heavier on Grenache than in previous years, which turned out beautifully. Fermented in stainless steel to maintain freshness and crispness, it spent 4 months aging in neutral red wine barrels for added depth. The wine was then racked, fined, and filtered to ensure clarity and overall balance. TASTING NOTES This wine is all floral on the nose, with the unmistakable influence of rocky terroir coming through from the vineyard. This wine tastes of strawberries and cream through the end to a really long, nice finish. This is the perfect summertime wine to cut the heat with its crisp cleanness and subtle sweetness VINEYARD Oldfield Vineyard stands out as one of our most unique Estates. Located at an elevation of 1,400 feet within the Yakima Valley AVA, its soils rest above the Missoula Flood Plain, meaning they are entirely indigenous and ancient.
