Curious to see how we make our chocolates? Want to learn about chocolate tempering, colouring and crafting? Come join us for a fun and interactive workshop where you will learn about all the secrets of our chocolate making lab (ok maybe just some of them). In this workshop you will: Learn how to temper chocolate Learn how to colour and temper cocoa butter Colour your own chocolate bar mould Pour tempered chocolate into your mould to make your shell. Your bar would then be filled with a ganache to be picked up the following week. Enjoy one of our signature hot chocolates Class is limited to 10 participants only. Please select the date that works best for you. Workshop will run for approximately 90 to 120 minutes. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. No refunds for booked sessions unless your seat is taken by someone else before the class starts. Note that each participant will have up to 5 cavities to paint in their mould. The cost for the class includes one take home bar. Any additional bars requested will be charged at regular price of $14.95 per bar less a 20% discount ($11.96 per bar).
